The Add Separator feature allows you to insert a separator between Single SKU Box Labels when generating Amazon FBA shipment labels. This helps improve organization and clarity when handling multiple SKUs.

You can choose from two types of separators:

Header with Custom Text: Inserts a label at the beginning of each Single SKU Box containing a custom separator text. A popup appears when printing through the extension, allowing you to enter separator text for each SKU.
Page Break: Ensures that when using Paper/Sticker Type or Up Thermal labels, a new page starts when transitioning to a different Single SKU Box. Prevents label misalignment and ensures a clear separation.

Using separators offers several advantages:

Better Organization: Clearly separates different SKUs in bulk shipments.
Enhanced Readability: Improves label visibility, making it easier to identify product groups.
Prevents Label Overlaps: Ensures proper label formatting for continuous rolls or sticker sheets.
Improves Warehouse Efficiency: Helps warehouse staff quickly distinguish between SKUs.

Step by Step Guide

After logging into Label Resizer, click on Shipping from the leftmost menu then select Shipping Label Settings from the sub-menu.

Enable the Add Separator feature, select the Separator Type, and click the Save button to apply the changes.

If you selected Header with Custom Text, a popup will appear when printing labels through the extension. Enter the separator text for each SKU in the popup.

If you selected Page Break, the system will automatically add a page break when switching to a new Single SKU Box in Paper/Sticker Type or Up Thermal label formats.
