Using Browser Extension for Walmart WFS Product Labels

With the Label Resizer Extension, you can easily generate and resize Walmart WFS product labels directly inside the Walmart Seller Center - without needing to leave the platform. Thanks to the extension, you can create professional-quality labels effortlessly using features like Add Free Text, Add Item Number, Complete Title, and Add Separator.

You can freely resize your labels to any custom size, or select from industry-standard sheet label layouts like Avery templates for easy printing. Additionally, you can design fully custom labels with the Label Editor and use these personalized templates directly through the extension.

After installing the Label Resizer Extension, a "Resize Label" button will automatically appear on label generation pages inside Walmart Seller Center. Here are the pages where you can generate Walmart WFS product labels using the extension:

  • Manage Inventory - Print labels directly for your products.
  • Inbound Shipments - Generate labels while preparing shipments.

Step by Step Guide

    Install the Label Resizer Extension for Chrome or Firefox.

    The extension icon is automatically highlighted as soon as Walmart Seller Center is active.

    The extension locates the "Resize Labels" buttons on Walmart Seller Center pages:

    • When you select multiple products on the Manage Inventory page, a "Resize Labels" button appears at the top, allowing you to generate labels for all selected items at once.
    • Alternatively, you can print a label for a single product by clicking the "Resize Labels" option from the action list next to that specific item.
    • On the Create Inbound Order page, a "Resize Labels" button appears at the top for all products in the shipment. You can also generate labels for individual products by clicking the button next to each item.

    Click the Resize Label button to get your resized label in line with your settings. Label Resizer opens the new labels in a new tab and downloads the PDF file.

    If your Free Text setting is enabled, a popup will appear before each resize operation prompting you to enter your custom text. Once you fill out this popup, the label resizing process will proceed. For more details, visit the Free Text How-to page.
